Outcall Appointments
For an outcall massage appointment at a hotel or private residence, we require:
- Your full name
- The complete appointment address, including the postcode
- The hotel telephone number, or a landline number for a private residence
- A mobile phone number where necessary for appointment coordination
These details allow us to verify the location, coordinate the booking and support the safety of both the client and the therapist. We cannot confirm an outcall appointment without the required information.

Incall Appointments
For an incall appointment at our location, we require:
- Your full name
- A valid mobile phone number / or other method that we could contact you
Your mobile number will be used only when necessary to confirm the appointment, provide arrival instructions or contact you in relation to your booking.
Who Can Access Your Information
Your booking information will be accessible only to the agency receptionist handling your appointment and the therapist assigned to your booking.
We do not sell, disclose or share your personal information with third parties.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your personal information only for as long as it is needed to arrange and complete your appointment.
Once the service has finished and the booking is no longer active, your personal information will be permanently removed from our booking records. We do not keep client details for future marketing or unrelated contact.
